Dr. Cornelius von Kenne was born in 1956 and studied law and political science in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main and Vienna. Between 1985 and 1990 he was an associate in the Institute for International Law and Comparative law in Berlin, where he conducted numerous seminars in the area of international conflict of law and in commercial law. He received his doctorate in international law. Together with Prof. Dr. Stephan Dietrich he formed the Berlin office of Dietrich & Partner. Dr. von Kenne has conducted various university courses in the areas of international law and administrative commercial law.

The focus of his practice is company and commercial law as well as private construction law. He is the author of numerous opinion papers on international conflict of law.
